A PROJEKT CÉLJA

A projekt célja egy nyílt forráskódú szoftver kifejlesztése, amit egy LMS-be lehet integrálni. Az eszköz így alkalmas az eLearning képzési programok és tananyagok oktatási színvonalának mérésére, mivel támogatja egy, a minőséget mérő eszköz alkalmazását szakképző intézmények számára. A projekt megvalósítás magába foglalja a szoftver tesztelését, és a tananyag kísérleti oktatását is. Így a projekt célja egy olyan eLearning eszköz kidolgozása, amit európai szinten lehet alkalmazni, és ami lehetővé teszi a minőségirányítás tanítását. További célkitűzése a projektnek, hogy a szakképzés számára hatékony minőségirányítási és minőség biztosítási eszközt nyújtson.
A projekt innovatív célja egy szoftver eszköz fejlesztése a tananyagok értékelésére az LMS-ben a projekt keretében megvalósuló kutatómunka eredménye és minőségbiztosítási módszer alapján. Az értékelési rendszer és az LMS integrálásának előnye, hogy a minőséghez kapcsolódó válaszokat szimultán módon tudja tárolni, ahogy a tananyag oldalai megjelennek a képernyőn. Továbbá a fejlesztők és oktatók számára lehetőséget biztosít az eredmények statisztikai megjelenítésére az LMS-ben, ami megkönnyíti az értékelést.
Az innovatív tartalom egy naprakész interaktív eLearning eszköz fejlesztését jelenti, ami segíti a szakképző intézmények által végzett eLearning tananyag-fejlesztés minőségbiztosítását.

A PROJEKT CÉLCSOPORTJA

A projekt célcsoportját azok a szakképzéssel foglalkozó intézmények jelentik, amelyek az oktatás során alkalmazzák az eLearning technikákat. A projekt célja, hogy javítsa a minőségirányítást és az eLearning tartalmak színvonalát. Következésképpen a célcsoportba beletartoznak a felhasználók – azaz a szakképzési intézmények vezetői, minőségirányítással foglalkozó szakemberei, a tutorok és tanárok. Másrészt szintén a célcsoporthoz tartoznak az eLearning anyagok fejlesztői. Ezek a csoportok lehetnek a haszonélvezői a projekt eredményeinek - már rövid távon is -, hiszen javítani tudják saját szakképzési tréningjeik minőségét, az oktatás hatékonyságát az eLearning tartalom minőségének fejlesztésével. A vezetők, eLearning fejlesztők és a felhasználók körében eltérő az igény a modern minőségirányítás iránt, amelyek kielégítéséhez szükség van a projekt által célzott fejlesztések alkalmazására is.

Innovative eLearning Tool for Quality Training Material in VET (iQTool)

PROJECT AIM

The aim of the project is to develop an open source software tool integrated in LMS(s), which is suitable to assess the teaching quality management of eLearning training programs and training materials for supporting the application of the quality measurement tool for institutions dealing with vocational training and which therefore can promote the establishment and development of quality culture. The project implementation integrates testing of software and pilot training of the training material as well. Thus the aim of the project is to elaborate an eLearning quality tool which can be applied at European level and which enables the teaching of quality management. Also, the project aims to provide the management and quality assurance of vocational training with an effective tool.
The innovative aim of the project is to develop a software tool for the evaluation of the training materials in LMS on the basis of research work result and quality assurance methodology will be formed in this project. The advantage of the integration of the evaluation system and LMS is that it can store the answers related to the quality simultaneously when the training material pages displayed on the screen. Furthermore, it offers for developers and teachers an opportunity to display statistically the results in the LMS(s) which helps to evaluate them.
The innovative content means development an up-to-date and interactive eLearning tool which helps the the quality assurance of eLearning training materials development in vocational training institutions can be carried out.

TARGET GROUPS

The target groups of the project are vocational training institutions which apply e-learning as a mode of instruction. The project aims to improve quality management and to increase the quality of e-learning contents. Consequently the target group contains the users i.e. the leaders, quality management officers, tutors and teachers of vocational training institutions. On the other hand, the target group also includes e-learning content developers involved in e-learning content preparation. These target groups will be able to benefit from the results of the project even in the short run, they will be able to improve the quality of their vocational trainings and to increase the effectiveness of their instruction by improving the quality of the generated and chosen e-learning contents. Among the management bodies and e-learning content developers as well as users there can be seen a distinct demand for modern quality management which require the application of the developments aimed at in the project.
