tananyaghoz kapcsolódó videókönyvtár és e-szolgáltatások
a videó tantermi használatához 2009-2011
A PROJEKT
CÉLJA
Az EduTubePlus projekt célja, elősegítse az oktató TV
és videó gyártók tanagyaghoz kapcsolódó digitális
videóinak, illetve a tanárok és diákok által készített
videó-alapú tananyagainak az együttes elérését,
felhasználását és kicserélését a tanulási szükségletek
kielégítése és az iskolai gyakorlatok innovációja
érdekében.
A megoldás, melyet ez a projekt kínál, a meglévő
digitális oktatási videóanyagok és szolgáltatások,
technikai megoldások, pedagógiai ismeretek, bevált
gyakorlatok és sikertörténetek hatékony alkalmazásán,
kibővítésén és integrációján alapul, hogy így egy
innovatív, hibrid, tartalomalapú e-szolgáltatást
nyújthasson az oktatásban részt vevőknek.
- Egy on-line, európai szintű, a
tananyaghoz kapcsolódó videóklip könyvtár
létrehozása a szakértők által összeállított
digitális videók tartalom szerinti sorbarendezésével,
valamint azok szemantikai integrálása a közös
metaadat és a különböző nemzeti tananyagok
alapelveinek többnyelvű rendszerezése alapján.
- Nagy teherbírású videómegosztó és
kezelő platform kiterjesztése a tanárok és diákok
által feltölteni kívánt videók támogatására, illetve
integrációja egy LCM rendszerrel, így kerül
kialakításra az EduTubePlus Platform.
- Jól kidolgozott pedagógiai keretbe
foglalt e-szolgáltatások fogják lehetővé tenni a
videóalapú gyakorlatok on-line megalkotását,
feltöltését és megosztását az oktatók és tanárok
számára, kihasználva az integrált videókönyvtár
metaadatait és indexeit.
- A rendszerrel együtt on-line videó
fordító és lokalizáló szolgáltatások fogják
támogatni a könyvtár többnyelvű, multikulturális
tartalmának elérhetőségét és használatát.
Az EduTubePlus oktatási e-szolgáltatást megbízhatóan,
valós körülmények között fogjuk tesztelni az iskolákban,
kiszélesítve a lehetőségeket az oktatásban használt
videók számára, így segítve egy aktív oktatási közösség
és értékes visszajelzések megszületését. Ez a hibrid,
európai videóalapú e-szolgáltatás új üzleti modellt
teremt az oktató TV és videó, valamint az iskolai
internet-alapú szolgáltatások piacán, melynek egyikét a
jelen projekt keretein belül kiértékeljük.
A projekt az Európai Bizottság eContentPlus
programjának társfinanszírozásában valósul meg. Az
eContentPlus program alapvető célkitűzése a jelen
európai digitális tartalmak elérhetőségének és
felhasználhatóságának javítása.

European Curriculum Related Video Library and Hybrid
e-Services for the Pedagogical Exploitation of Video in
Class
AIM OF
THE PROJECT
The EduTubePlus project aims to create the conditions
that will facilitate the co-existence, use and exchange
of curriculum-related digital video provided by
Educational TV & video producers and of video and
video-based pedagogical resources (learning activities)
generated by pupils and teachers in order to meet
emerging learning needs and innovative practices at
school level.
The solution put forward by this project is based on
the effective adaptation, extension and integration of
existing digital educational video resources and
services, robust technical solutions, pedagogical
knowledge, best practices and success stories in order
to provide an innovative, hybrid, content-based
e-service to the educational community.
- An on-line, trans-European,
curriculum-related video clip library is created by
segmenting the professionally produced digital
videos to core-content video clips and semantically
integrating them via common metadata and a
multilingual ontology of multinational curricula
concepts.
- A robust video publishing &
management platform is extended to support video
uploading by teachers and pupils and is integrated
with an established Learning Content Management
System to form the EduTubePlus Platform.
- Additional e-services will allow
the on-line creation, upload and sharing of
video-based learning activities by educators and
teachers, taking advantage of the metadata and
indexes of the integrated video library and
supported by a sound pedagogical framework.
- Online video translation and
localisation services, along with the ontology,
support multilingual and multicultural access and
use of the library’s content.
The EduTubePlus educational e-service, with a high
degree of security will be evaluated in real conditions
in schools, extending the existing paradigms of video
use in class, creating an active educational community
and providing valuable feedback. This hybrid
trans-European video-based e-service develops new
business models for the Educational TV and video market
and the market of Internet based services for schools,
one of which is evaluated within the context of the
project.
The project is co-funded by the eContentPlus
programme of the European Commission. The overall aim of
the eContentPlus program is to make existing digital
content in Europe more accessible, usable and
exploitable.
