Classrooms, lecture rooms

SZÁMALK Ltd. owns separate, brand new premises in Budapest that makes the realization of all educational demands and relating services in a single centre location possible.

In addition to the premises in Budapest SZÁMALK can provide computer lecture rooms in different cities of Hungary and even in the neighboring countries (like Romania, Slovakia, etc.) on basis of its franchise and other international relationships.

We have three big lecture rooms for holding hundreds of people, suitable for programs and bigger lectures. In addition, there are totally 28 computer rooms (totally 450 computers) as well as lecture and language teaching labors without computers are available for our students.

Authorized classrooms dedicated for SZÁMALK Training are located in separate floor developed specially for high level and source demanding system administrator and developer trainings. We have 20 and 15 seat air conditioned computer classrooms equipped with projector and printer.

A part of trainings is held in these new environment equipped with Virtual PCs, Virtual Servers, simulated computers enabling us to develop complex networks, multiserver environment even in one single computer. This is why our computers are equipped with high performance Pentium CoreDuo, Core i7, 4-12 GB RAM memory, 160-400 GB hard disc that can meet the highest requirements of lecture rooms. We have separate dedicated lecture room and standard Cisco and VMware park.

Lecture rooms can be operated in high-speed Gigabyte networks and can be managed centrally. All of our lecture rooms have broadband Internet access and cable less WIFI connection.

Our international Prometric and VUE Testing Centre arealso located on the same level where the people interested can pass exams in certain topics gaining international qualifications by this means.

Other facilities

Offices

Administration of courses and examinations is managed by our colleagues on customer service and partner management department. The offices are located separately, on same level with the lecture rooms, so the students can simply and quickly call on and ask our specialists to arrange for their problems. On demand, the students can also make phone calls, fax or copy some pages in our office.

Information

In the building, there is separate information desk on the ground floor where the students or other people interested can put questions to our colleagues concerning the courses and trainings and where they can gather information documents or other leaflets.

Buffet, restaurant

In our educational centre, we provide possibility for meal in the buffet and restaurant. In the buffet, the students can choose from among cold and hot sandwiches, salads, soft drinks, sweets and confectionery, coffee and in the restaurant from one-course meals or a`la carte menus. Prices of certain basic and further education trainings courses, as well as authorized courses cover board on the course time.

Our trainers

Thanks to its extended educational portfolio and domestic as well as international contacts, SZÁMALK Ltd. has strong and large educational basis.

On nationwide level we employ about 200, in Budapest about 50 teachers in full-time job as well as in contractual relationship specialized in different fields (like informatics, marketing, management, economy, languages, etc.). Our lecturers are experts graduated on colleges and universities with experiences and practice of many decades.

In addition, we employ twelve trainer specialists with international certification in product-oriented topics (i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Oracle, Java). Our authorized trainers, specialized system engineers and development engineers are working continuously in “live” situations, make developments, so they have extreme practical experiences and routine in executing of either educational or system launching, integration and application programming tasks or other professional consultations.

We selected all of our lecturers on basis of established set of requirements for the internal and external recruitment processes stipulated in ISO 9001 quality insurance system of SZÁMALK Ltd. We lay special emphasis on continuous national and international training of our lecturers.
